• It takes 15-20 business days for orders to ship.
• We do not offer returns and exchanges as all of our pieces are made to order.
• We make alterations if there is any issue.
• Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of India, may be subject to , shipping charges , local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country [“Import Fees”]
• The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
• If you refuse a shipment from SELF MADE, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to shop.selfmadeofficial22@gmail.com
  
• SELF MADE is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
• From time to time we may make mistakes, we apologize in advance for that and hope that you will give us a second chance. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and an image or description of the issue within 24 hours days from date of delivery.
• If you simply change your mind, we are terribly sorry, but we will not be able to accept the return or provide a refund.
