We, at SELFMADE, do not have a return policy but we do have a 24 HOUR exchange policy & (EXCHANGE & ALTERATION DELIVERY TIME - 7 TO 10 DAYS). All of our products undergo rigorous quality checks. We try our best to ensure every product reflects our commitment to perfection.
We do not provide any refund in any condition . We only do alteration or exchange if it matches our criteria.
However, in the following scenarios, the product can be exchanged:
-We are committed to maintaining quality control, yet if there is a manufacturing defect from our side, then we can take the product back and provide you with a new one. After we have received it, we will run a quality test of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will EXCHANGE the item you purchased.
-If the garment received is of incorrect size, or does not fit as per your expectations or requirement, we can alter or exchange it. If you require such a customisation, mail us at shop.selfmadeofficial22@gmail.com or +91-8700854736.
To be eligible for an exchange, however, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and stainless. It should be with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for our items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
-Products purchased during sales or special discount periods are not eligible for size exchanges or any other form of exchange
-No exchange request will be entertained after 24 HOURS of delivery.
-The item(s) returned fail to imply fault from our side during the quality check.
-We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the product is found to be used or is in unsatisfactory condition.
-The product has to be sent back in the same way as it was sent to you. Please ensure it is completely packed and sealed.
-We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on this website. However, computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
- SELFMADE cannot be held responsible for any exchange products that are lost/stolen/mishandled during the transit. Thereby, please inform us once you send it back and keep all the tracking details until we confirm its delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any merchandise that does not meet above exchange requirements at SELFMADE’s sole discretion.
